(1) Casing opening and closing mechanism If there is no casing opening and closing mechanism, it is necessary to remove bolts and lift the casing for internal cleaning. (2) Basket flatness If the basket is not flat, it is necessary to remove the basket from the main shaft and lift it for cleaning the bottom of the basket. Thanks to the mechanisms in (1) and (2), what used to take a day for machine cleaning and verification can now be completed in about 2 hours, achieving a time reduction of 91.6%. ◎ To remove moisture from parts with complex shapes that tend to collect water in recesses, we propose the optimal operating method based on dehydration tests, adjusting the rotation speed and direction. ◎ It is possible to secure parts such as workpieces inside the dehydrator, allowing for the automation of the entire process in conjunction with work robots. ◎ We propose the optimal specifications tailored to your applications and usage conditions. ■We want to shorten the drying time for metal parts From O Company, a metal parts manufacturer: "After washing the work (complex-shaped metal parts), we dehydrate them in a centrifuge, but the drainage is poor. We want to somehow improve the dehydration efficiency and shorten the drying time after dehydration." Based on this discussion, we proposed and delivered a small parts dehydrator. 【POINT】Unique operating program ■ We proposed a unique operating program that differs from the conventional method of dehydrators. The drying time was reduced by 34%. The metal parts we examined were small, about 2 to 5 cm, and we felt that: "Isn't there a lot of residual moisture even after applying centrifugal force?" To reduce the residual moisture, we proposed a unique program that allows for special movements in addition to the normal operating method.
